Shipping destinations

Shop NBV currently accepts orders for destinations made available at checkout. Available shipping methods and costs are displayed before payment.

Shipping rates and estimates

For eligible U.S. orders, the checkout may offer:
• Economy shipping, with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days.
• Standard shipping, with an estimated transit time of 3–4 business days.
• Free economy shipping on eligible orders of $50 or more.

The final shipping price depends on the order’s weight, destination, selected service, and fulfillment location. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, or made-to-order production time.

Processing and split shipments

Some Shop NBV products are produced or fulfilled by different partners. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact info@shopnbv.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production or fulfillment. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or an item arrives damaged, contact info@shopnbv.com with your order number. We will review the issue with the applicable carrier or fulfillment partner.
